We do not offer refunds unless there has been a double charge on your account.

Content Ownership

We do not own the Content that we show on the Service, but we have the right to show it through licenses and agreements with the content owners.

We may show advertisements on the Service, including to free users.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice. You can also alternatively request that your account is deleted by sending us this request by email via support@alkebulantv.africa

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice. We also reserve the right to change the prices of our premium subscriptions at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda in respect of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service.
